My account keeps getting locked out after changing password

I changed my password yesterday. However my account continues to get locked out. Is there a program/application that can tell me if I have a drive mapped on another machine on the network still using my old password?

There are some older threads on here, ones concerning problems similar to this. I remember one of them talking about I think access passwords for network or something. Keep in mind me myself know nothing about this so ignore if my words sounds stupid lol. I was just trying to remember, anyways if you do research on this forum and pc hardware - general discussion im sure you will find them.
