Mxc III 3300 wont boot up

Unplugged everthing from controller and reset
Alarm kighte flash and power lights flashed red also
Cant ping IP address on lan 1 or 2

New to mitel and recently certified on 9.0

Connect a serial cable (RS232) to the front of the controller, connect at 9600-N-8-1.

Boot the system and watch the output, post relevant info here.
