1) Automatic what? Operator time can be adjusted (on/off duty) according to time/date. Also LCR. So pls be more specific.
Or maybe you want to switch the PBX off after 14pm?
2) DUFQI:date=,time=,int=; e.g dufqi:date=2014-01-09,time=12-00,int=24;, where the dump starts (1.time automatic) Sep 1st at 12, and does it every day.

You can change night switch (TCD category) per day with OPDNC-
OPDNC:WDAY=SUN,DTIME=0630,NTIME=1400;
Repeat for all days of week changing time if appropriate (WDAY parameter each for SUN, MON, TUE, WED, THU, FRI and SAT)
Print table with
OPDNP;
NONE is a valid parameter for DTIME and NTIME if you want to turn the switching off for a particular day.
