You should post the dchannel messages associated with turning the lights on or off.

I will bet that your definity route number is being appended to your IPO extension number.

I could be wrong but are you using definity route number 222 and IPO extension/user 2804?

yes how do i take that off? i am an ipo guy not a definity

You will need a definity guy but yours probably looks similiar to this:

change uniform-dialplan 2 Page 1 of 2
UNIFORM DIAL PLAN TABLE
Percent Full: 0

Matching Insert Node Matching Insert Node
Pattern Len Del Digits Net Conv Num Pattern Len Del Digits Net Conv Num
28 4 0 222 aar n n

change aar analysis 2 Page 1 of 2
AAR DIGIT ANALYSIS TABLE
Percent Full: 2

Dialed Total Route Call Node ANI
String Min Max Pattern Type Num Reqd
222 7 7 959 aar 2 n

You will need to change it to this:

change uniform-dialplan 2 Page 1 of 2
UNIFORM DIAL PLAN TABLE
Percent Full: 0

Matching Insert Node Matching Insert Node
Pattern Len Del Digits Net Conv Num Pattern Len Del Digits Net Conv Num
28 4 0 aar n n

change aar analysis 2 Page 1 of 2
AAR DIGIT ANALYSIS TABLE
Percent Full: 2

Dialed Total Route Call Node ANI
String Min Max Pattern Type Num Reqd
28 4 4 959 aar 2 n

You are inserting-appending digits and need to remove them. This will work on cm 2.2 and above.

what about if it is a gs31 r11. ? when i have the routing numbers removed i do not get the any mwiactivate or deactivate messages

yes. there needed to be a route in the definity just for the message waiting lights also

Question? I am back to messing with this third party voicemail system that our customer has a contract with. Their system immulates an Audix. I got the centralized audix liscense to try it to see if we could get it to work. My question is I quess I am supposed to set up the back to back PRI connection as a PRI and not as a QSIG link? I noticed that when I set it to QSIG the line group will not show up as an option in the centralized Audix voicemail option. Thanks for any help!!!

Well it is a most glorious day!!!!!!!! It finally works and the integration is tight between the two even the message button on the phone works! Thank you GOD! I mean that. We finally got all of the integration working to a third party voicemail (Adomo) using the centralized audix integration.
