Did you even bother trying the help function in the manager..?
Open the help function and type 'music on hold', and imagically it will tell you how to do it.
Everybody in this forum will help you, but you have to put in a 'little' effort.

Hook up headphones to your iphone, when you want to put someone on hold, just hold the headphones to the handset. Count to 10, then look at how ridiculous you look and proceed to read the manual on how MOH works for IP Office.
