Installed the HoldMusic file into Manager and rebooted - TFTP server installed the file and i see it in manager - changed the source in manager to WAV file - but it still plays beep beep. One thing - i think the client still has the audio device they were using plugged in.... would that interfere with play the wav file? i can imagine how...

you do know you need to change the source of the music in manager, then reboot the switch right?

Yes i know..but what i did was change hte source - rebooted; it didnt work; so i added the file to the tftp server in manager and rebooted - still beep beep - guess i should change the source AFTER the tftp loads it?

I see an error message in SSA - failed to load HoldMusic file... so that the issue - but the TFTP log shows it loaded. If it loads successfully - where in SSA would i find that? or is the absences of the error message that does that?

If the file is more then 90 seconds long (or 30 seconds on older IPO's), it wont play.

I see the same issue with a file that I know worked (30 secs) but won't load on a 500 7.0(23). It is the file I have used many times previously.
