Actually, it is possible.
However, one cannot use MOH with a standard external device. If you were to use MOH thru a tftp server with the source being a .wav file with the proper specs, then the MOH will work.
We are currently using this with a couple customers, one of which is using an external device at the main site and MOH thru tftp for four of their remote branches.
