I'm trying to setup some music on our option 11c system, currently we have no hold music. Is there any sort of documentation for setting this up and what external drive I would need. Any help would be appreciated

i have connected mus routes for companies and told them they had to turn on the music, i would do all the work except that step... guess i could put my tone on hold
