I have a customer who wants to put a music jingle on a Val board so it can be used as an announcement in a vector. They had the recorded jingle converted to a .wav file. The jingle is just over a minute in length but the file is 10MB in size. The jingle is specific to the one customer so it cannot be be added in the MOH for the entire system.
My problem is that this is on a G3r running CM1.3. We only have one MOH source for the entire PBX That is already being used for generic MOH purposes. No multi-tenant or multi-music sources. We have 3 VAL boards working now and they are all at least half full.
Does anyone know the storage capacity of the TN2501AP boards other than the number of minutes they will hold? I hestitate to attempt to load this size of a file on a board that is already in use.
Any suggestions?
