I am replacing a CM that has several Multitech MVP130's connected as H.323 and attached to faxes across fiber. Any tips on making these work with the IP Office?

Thanks
Danny Rich

Probabaly take a analog extension from IPO(or any PBX) and connect to multitech box.
IP connect two multi tech boxes.
Program multitech boxes
Connect port on remote multitech to the analog phone device.

Or what intrigrant said. 8)

I have and am reading the manual. Was looking for some expert insight that sometimes can only be gained through having actually installed the product. Such as "it works when configured like this, but not like this".
Thanks
Danny

500 v2 8.1(63) have vcm and ip endpoint licenses, but no 3rd party endpoint licenses are ordered until I get this part figured out.
Thanks
Danny

I have tested them once also inherited from a CM site and they worked but I would not use them for Faxes, only for phones.
If you need Fax over IP you better buy a Patton M-ATA, small and powerfull SIP ATA with full T-38 fax support, works always and is a "set and forget" device.
It registers as a SIP endpoint which is also licensed as a 3th party IP Endpoint.

A simple mind delivers great solutions
