I am trying to install NT 4.0 1-4 processor version on my 2 processor system. It keeps trying to install the single processor kernal which results in a blue screen when it tries to load the setup gui. Does anybody know how to install the multiprocessor kernal? I'm obviously missing something...

what type of processor are you using for your system, are they in the HCL list ?
I installed mine with 2 P2-400 just worked on its own.
there is also some procedure from Microsoft if you go from single to dual processor but souunds like yours is a new installed
