Hi all

I have installed Windows 2000 Pro as the administrator.

Then created new 3 users. I now want to install several applications for each user. But not the same applications.

How do I make it so they only can use the programs meant for them.

Regards

Jason.

Just edit each user's \Documents and Settings\username\Start Menu\Programs folder to only include the apps for them. Make sure no entries in the All Users menu (apps install either in user you install from or All Users normally - occasionally they ask you where, but often you only find out after the install).

Note: This won't stop the users running apps they don't have on their menu, if they have permissions to run them and know hoe to find the actually executables in explorer (though you can if that's important).
