Is there anyway I can have my spreadsheet from excel share among my group, at least 5 people? Can they open the spreadsheet and update at once? Currently, I'm unable to have more than one user updating it. I would appreciate any help.

Thanks in Advance

This is not possible as you have stated it. For example, if 2 users were to open the same workbook, then both modify the same cell to different values and save - which would have precedence?

I would thought it would work the same as Access Database. I also have a track database that was built in Access and I can have multiple users on the database concurrently.

You could use the merge workbooks option. basically you create a master spreadsheet, then create seperate sheets for all of your users. They can then enter data for themselves and at a specified time all the seperate workbooks can be merged and the data transferred to the master worksheet. However it depends how real time you require your data as someone would have to keep merging the data to keep it up to date

Tools->Share Workbook

This allows multiple users to update data in the same workbook at once.
