Multiple Tape Alert Flags 1

Backup Exec is failing with the alert message of "Multiple Tape Alert Flags." It was working consistently without any problems for quite some time and am now getting this error. We removed some of the things that were being backed up that didn't need to be but doesn't seem to make a difference.... error is still appearing.
Please Help!!!! =)

Your problem has nothing to do with Backup Exec.
Have a look at this document I found in the Veritas Knowledge Base. All points to a problem with the HW.
