I have 10 individual reports that I need to combine into one weekly report package. I need to be able to export these to pdf as if they were one report. I have never really used sub reports before but I thought this may be my solution? If this is possible how would I set up a main report that contained all of the other sub reports? What section of the page would I put all of the sub report in?

Thanks in advance!

Well...for the report itself you will have to have a main report based on "something".

Your main report could be the first report you want to display.

If each other report is independant of the others then create subsections of the report footer and enable the "new page before" for each subsection. Place one subreport in each subsection.

As far as expeoting to a PDF I am not sure how well this works...I never really did that before. Hope it works out for you.

The quality of the answer is directly proportional to the quality of the problem statement!

I've had as many as ten subreports in a Crystal report. You can place them in the report header or report footer, or both. It's also possible to have two or more side by side, if there is room to show their fields

You can also place each sub in a seperate detail section but as indicated by Ngolem you need to have the main report based on something so might as well use it for the first report. I have used as many as 8 subs in a main report although all are linked. I export the reports to PDF in my asp.net app so they can be printed by the user. Never had much problem other than minor formatting due to a font size "feature" when exporting in CR9.
