Hi

I have a sun box that has more then one install of perl. When i search for perl as user x using which perl, it returns /usr/bin/perl.

I have install a newer version of perl into /usr/local/bin/perl. How do i get the user x to recognise that the perl is the new install and not the old?

Thanks,

It wouldn't be something as simple as the order in which */bin dirs are parsed in your $PATH variable would it?

#!/usr/local/bin/perl

I would have thought at the top of the scripts??
