We use an auto-dialer to push calls and play messages. Within the dialer, we see that the first several channels continue to NO DIAL TONE or NO LINE PRESENT. We are wondering if the timing between the VG224 and the dialer may be out of synche. Multiple calls are trying to use the same line, at the same time. What within the VG would we need to review to confirm the timing/signaling to the dialer?
Guidance or documentation to review is needed. Thanks!
