I have what seems like an easy problem to solve but I just can't seem to work it out!

I have two email accounts setup in Outlook 2002, one Exchange the other POP3. I can't for the life of me get the recieved email to deliver into the appropriate inbox. All the email appears into one inbox. Ican't seem to create a rule to copy the message into the appropriate inbox either, as there is no provision for 'email addressed to'.

Any help wil be much appreciated.

Paul

There is a rule in Outlook called 'With specific words in the header'. Most of the headers are hidden when you use a client such as Outlook, but they are still there.
You could set up a rule based on the email address of the POP account to forward those messages into another folder.
Alternatively you could use the DNS name of the POP3 server as that should be in the headers as the last hop.
There might other things which are constant in the headers of the POP3 messages which could be used to identify them.
To see all the headers open an email from the POP3 account, go to the view menu and click options. At the bottom you should see Internet Headers.
Im using Outlook 2003, but Im sure the rule was in 2002 too.
