Multiple Login Error 1

Good Morning,

I have Merlin Mail System, when trying to enter a specific mailbox, this message is rendered.

"You cannot get your messages now due to multiple login"

Does any one know how to get into the mail box?

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Hello,

I have a client with a Partner ACS and Partner Mail VS 3.0 system. It also has the exact same problem. I have had to reinitialize the users password and cycle the power on the system each time it happens. So far, three extensions have had the problem in a three week period.

It might be Y2K related.

The problems your client is having with the VS 3.0 sounds like a software issue in the Partner VS VM program. There may be some strange anomolies happening with the circuit board on the VS 3, but we usually find it is software related and the VS just nees to be repaired - hard drive replaced and VS 3 software reloaded and setup.

This is the VM repair work we do in our company. I'm fairly sure that is the final solution.
