I have 16 forms that post data to a table. I would like them
to form "1" single record in the table. currently when all the forms are entered I have "16" records. There are "218" fields so I spread them over the "16" forms. I need all these fields to compile to "1" record. Thanks for any help

218 fields in one table makes for a very inefficient database. Performance is vastly improved when you use more tables with less fields.

Anyway, could you work with a tabbed form? It let's you "nest" your fields on separate tabs but they still remain on the same form. vis a vis, the same record.
