Multiple forms on same page

Hi,
I am using two forms on the same page with different names one form for some questions and the other form for the user info. After both the forms are completed I want them to be submitted together onto the next page and then store the information from the two forms in a csv file.

Any ideas how to do that.

You can't. Combine the two forms.
