Multiple field search in a form

I have a form in our service database that has four separate fields where a serial number for a piece of equipment can appear.

How can I have the search (binocular icon or something else) look in all four fields for the same serial number without running the search on the fields one at a time?

I think you are going to have to create a button on your form that will search for you. Remember, you will need to compare the Serial Number in your table to all four fields using the OR clause and you will also only want to search if the field is not NULL. Terry M. Hoey
