Thanks in advanced. Employee at this site dial 0 to get the front desk. We also have a auto attendant, that they can push 0 to get the front desk. Is there a way I can have multiple extension ring when they dial 0?
Thanks in advanced.

Unless you make 0 an extension code, and bridge 0 as a station onto other stations, I can't think of a way.

If you do that, you limit a lot of what you can do with attendant features.

Carpe dialem! (Seize the line!)

In the auto attendant subscriber form you can make "0" be whatever extension you want it to be. It can be an extension.

Code:
AUDIX Active Alarms: A Logins: 1
list attendants Page 1

Extension Name
x0039 Food services menu line
x0040 food service option 1
x1555 Neurosurgery Auto

Code:

                       SUBSCRIBER AUTOMATED ATTENDANT MENU
