We recently upgraded from Office 2000 to Office XP on our Citrix servers. Ever since then, we have had users experience some issues with Outlook.
One of them is that their pst file keeps disappearing. Also, whenever they go to a "new e-mail item" they can not e-mail to any of their contacts.
I've noticed that they have multiple exchange profiles under Outlook so I remove all of them but one. Then I re-add their pst and configure their contacts to re-appear for them to e-mail to.
I create the .mst with ORK for XP and I only configured one Exchange profile. I'm just wondering if you guys might have seen this issue before. We have gone into the registry and could not find anything on were it would keep adding extra Exchange profiles.
