Multiple Domains/Relay Error

Company has purchased another smtp domain to add to their email addresses. We've got two already, set up in IMC/Routing to accept as inbound. I've set the new one up exactly the same in IMC. Sending email to the new address generates an NDR smtp;550 Relaying not allowed.
What have I forgotten to do?
