Here is my situation.

A single Windows 2003 Domain (2000 mixed environment) and three DNS servers. 2 DNS Server local in zone 1 and another on a remote office.

How do I configure my DNS Settings on the servers so that regardless of what server they query first, they will resolve host address from either of the servers.

I currently have the following setup. Remote DNS Server forwards to Local which then forwards to external (ISP) DNS Server.

I don't have any issues resolving from the remote side, where my problem lies is when the local clients attempt to query a client in the remote office. Since the fowards are set to go to the ISP it will never resolve the remote host name.

What are some possible solutions to this?

When you set forwarding on the Local server, look at the DNS Domain section on the Forwarding tab. Click "New". Type in the domain name of the Remote domain. Click "OK. Now notice that under All Other DNS Domains in the DNS Domain list, your Remote domain is listed. Click on that domain and put in the remote DNS server's IP as the host to forward those queries to. That'll take care of this problem.

Hope this helps,
