Multiple-criteria query

When creating a query, how can I search for more than two values at a time? I am wanting to search for three different values in the same field in one query.

HI Minuet,

You would enter this under the Criteria section in the query for the field that you want to search for the specified values. For example if you have a First Name list and only want to find people with the names of Bart, Joe, Mary then in the Criteria field you would enter ="Bart" Or "Joe" Or "Mary"
