I have a report with Customer names and address' for the Header and then in the detail the zip codes they are near
Example of how report would appear:
Customers header section is:
John doe 123 anywhere, your town, usa. phone, fax
Detail section is:
Zip codes customer near
zip1
zip2
zip3
zip4
My problem is I want the Zip codes to go across then down like this:zip1 zip2 zip 3 zip 4
zip5 zip6 etc etc.
so I will take up less space on the page.
I can't do it from page setup and set the column numbers for just the detail sectioin because the customer header section will be affected. Thanks for any help you can give me.

You should be able to open the report in design view and just move the textboxes for Zip1, Zip2, etc. into any configuration you want. Michelle Fulton

I found the easiest way to get around this problem is to create a sub report with your columns (zips) on it and then link the sub report to your header via master and child fields . .
