Ok, maybe this is a basic question but here goes:

I've got an Exchange 2k Server with SP3 running on Win2k Sp3. It's the only Exchange server in the domain and this is a brand new domain.

My domain that my users log into it user@domain.org. They want to have their email addresses to be user@cityofdomain.com.

How do I set up Exchange so that it recognizes this? I've tried looking through the Knowledge Base articles but I'm not sure what terminology to use to narrow down my search.

Thanks for your time.
Mike

you need to set up a Recipient Policy to add the extra e-mail address to your users. Exchange can't receive mail for a domain unless it's added into the Recipient Policy.

Thanks for your help!

I was able to take some of your advice and find a 'how to' article on MS that walked me through it.
