Multicast

I am having a problem with regards to receiving multicast data on a server. I have 2 network cards on the machine, one public and one private. When I disable the private connection, we receive the data without any problems. When I have both network cards running, we don’t receive any data. I am struggling to find a solution to this as I would like to have both network cards running.

Have you checked your protocols for your nic cards to find out what protocols are bound to each, and secondly is the IP a static or automatic IP from a DHCP server?
