Multicast with Cisco routers and NBX 100 Phone System

Can someone help me set up Multicast? I have a cisco 2600 (hub) and several spokes (1811, 2600's) that need mulicast for VOIP phones to work correctly. I cant seem to find any good information on setting this up to work. Any help would be appreciated.

What does the nbx use for multicast ips?? it looks like by default it uses addresses in the 224.2.224.x range.

I hate all Uppercase... I don't want my groups to seem angry at me all the time! =)
