Multi port box for remote access 1

Hi All,
I am trying to reduce clutter with modems/terminals etc. Can you recommend a good device(product) that will allow me to connect to it via IP then give me the options of connecting to the serial ports for Mail, PBX ports etc; I would like to have a modem to this device as a backup just in case IP fails.
