Hi,

I have an IPO500v2 with several SIP trunks and DIDs from different countries ( I have set locale for the incoming call route)

However, queueing announcements are played in the system language... any chance I can change this to the locale of the incoming call?

Many thanks,

Use rename all language files to welcome.wav or a name you like in every language map so for English put the english welcome.wav in the map C:\Program Files\Avaya\IP Office\Voicemail Pro\VM\WAVS\en

For german C:\Program Files (x86)\Avaya\IP Office\Voicemail Pro\VM\de

ect...

Now on the part where you like to play the wave file enter $LOC\welcome.wav the $LOC will look based on the incomming call route or short code what locale ($LOC) it came in or is set to.

I have always wished that my computer would be as easy to use as my telephone.
My wish has come true. I no longer know how to use my telephone.
