We have this scenario: Our mail server resides on a
Exchange Server outside our domain but within the same
company. The mail server name (Exchange01) resides on the
NT4 box with domain name (ABC).
Our local domain in the building is a W2K-Server and there
are no trusts between us and the NT4 domain. My users can
logon to both domains and retrieve mail with no problem.
Once we have to change our periodic mail passwords the
story gets messy. We cannot change the password and must
ask the company admins to reset it for us. How can we get
around this or be able to set the password in the remote
domain?
