Hi,

I am using MSWinSock controls, and I can't get them to close the socket!

I am trying to drop an instance of MSWinSock into my app to create a mini-web server to administer the app. I have created two instances, one for a listener, and one for a responder. I have everything working great except that my connections won't close!

I can call the close() method on the Winsock Object after sending all of my info to the client, but it does not close the connection. I don't get any error, but the state property still signifies that is open.

How do I get my sockets to close properly?

Thanks,
John
