I'm trying to troubleshoot an issue with no tac trace data coming in on a new E1. I tried to setup an mst trace, which I filled in the forms. After making my test call I went to the web browser of CM and chose MTA and an error msg appeared saying to clear out log files. I noticed a checkbox for 'force mta to run'. I hadn't flagged that. Is that dangerous?
