MSS Restart Needed Please ASSIST

Modular Messaging 4.1 MSS can be pinged but no messages are being stored it is down. We have remote access but have no clue how to re-boot remotely. Please assist

We don't use an MSS but instead have an Exchange MAS backend. But you'll probably have to ssh into the MSS appliance to reboot it.

log into the web interface. Click reboot server. Then click reboot. Wait 15 min for it to come back.
