MSOWC.dll not registered error on other computers 1

I have compiled a program with an embedded spreadsheet in it. However when I try to run the program on anyone elses computer in the office I get the "component msowc.dll or one of its dependencies not correctly registered" error. I ran the command line regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\MSOWC.dll" but I still get the error. Does anyone know the solution for this?

In the past I resolved issues like this by creating an install using the package & deployment wizard, which will include & register components when it is run.

The setup ran into an error around the end, but the program will run now, looks like it got everything it needed. And that's something I can live with. Thanks a ton.
