Does anyone know why when saving or using save as I get an error winword caused an invalid page fault in module mso9.dll?

It only seems to happen with one document that has bullets. I tried microsoft's answer- deleting the registry entry for the List Gallery presets and that did nothing.

I also checked my Normal.dot and the file is 27k so I don't think it is corrupt.

This error originally was on a users computer and when I became aware of it I wanted to see if I could recreate it on my pc and I could.

Try unselecting the "Automatically update document styles" option in the Templates and Add-ins dialog box, if it's enabled.
