MSI installer launch

When I try to open an online pdf I get a windows installer popup. After multiple cancels the pdf finally opens. Any ideas how to make this stop?

You'll probably have to reinstall Office. My Office 2003 has the same issue with some Internet Explorer pages.

More than likely you have some corrupt registry keys and the only way I know to fix this is by reinstalling.
