Msgsrv32 Not Responding

Hi,

I'm running win98 and I'm getting this error message about every other time that I boot. I found a possible resolution when I type this into MS Knowledgebase but it is refering to win95, will this work the same? The article number is 169987. I would really appreciate help with this.
