MSG WAIT ACTUAL BUTTON

on the 2420 there is a message button (actual hard button), when you press it, it goes to his VM box to check his messages. I unplugged his phone by mistake, now the button does not work. UGHHHH.... I set up a autodial button to VM but "no it is not the same button". It has an envelope on the button. Where would I program a VM SD on a hard VM button? THANK YOU!!!

It's at the bottom of page 4 of the station 4. Unplugging the phone would not affect that or remove it.

Yes the VM number is in the voice-mail Number: screen. Still not working. I did not change any of the programming except the port ID.

duh.....ready for this. I had the port cross connected on a 16 port card on the 5th port of a card that was split in 4ths. LOL. So ports were 1-4, 9-12 etc. Go figure. I have added the task to my to do list to label. After properly cross connecting the msg button worked. TaDa....Thanks,
