MSG Notify to Pager CICS and CP100

Hello All,
Have a client with a CICS 6.1 and CP100 3.0.

I programmed the system some time ago whereby after hours 5pm until 8am people calling into the system getting a greeting that states for after hours emergency press 50. This goes to a mailbox on the system that has msg notify option to call a pager. The client is saying that it sometimes works and sometimes it doesn't. They had a couple of calls over the weekend that didn't go through.
I went there to check the settings to make sure that I wasn't missing something.

Vmail extension is set for Pool A, there are 3 lines assigned to pool A.
Msg notify option in mbox is turned ON and actually re did everything.
I've tried paging the pager directly and it works everytime.

It asks for start and end time....in which I did, however where does this get its timing from? It doesn't give any options for days of the week, so am I correct to assume this applies to weekends as well? What if there is an emergency on the weekend outside of these time parameters.

I'm thinking it may have something to do with these times..but I'm not sure..
Any assistance would be great
 
Also, I've left some test messages today in mailbox 50 and it has been paging the pager even though it's before the start time that I entered
 
Give the systems some time to sync up the time, dont test right away and assume.

You will need (and should always) to set the time for all day when it it comes to an emergency mailbox, you cannot select certain days/times like you can in Table

Also look at the reports for that mailbox, you have until Friday or they will auto delete

And....did they get a message in the mailbox stating "The system could not try the number specified" something like that.
It means they tried but nobody answered the call after timing out based on COS.

Thanks for the information,

I will have to go back to site and investigate further. I will bring my laptop and connect to the cp100 and see how things are set up.
