MSG FOR YOU does not display on any of our handsets. Can someone please help?

what type of system doyou have, and mail. is this a new install or an existing machine. have there been any changes made sinse this happened?

this is an existing system, flash died last week so we purchased a refurbished one. all exts are set to display msg but nothing is working.

make sure mailbox and extension number are the same.
