MSFlexGrid Help...

I have a MS FlexGrid on a form. I would like to populate the grid using VB and ADO. The problem that I am having is how to access the grid's properties like col, row, etc. like in VB.
ctlFlexGrid. brings up accesses version of properties, but I don't want those. I want to change vales and navigate the grid through code.

Any advice?
