MSDE Upsizing Wizard Failure

I'm trying to explore SQL Server by upsizing an existing database (FE/BE) to MSDE. The report that shows at the end of the process indicates that nothing was created & under ERRORS: shows
tablename: Table was skipped, or export failed

Any direction much appreciated.
