msconfig in Windows 2000 professional??

I've recently moved from Windows 98 to Win2000 on my home machine. I'd like to know if there is a utility program similar to msconfig in Win98 where I can selectively disable a program from the startup?

Ms config can be installed off w98 cd or download startup control panel by mike lin(available on zdnet or mikes site)
