MSCONFIG For Win2K 1

MSCONFIG in WIN98 has startup information and other items that you can change in order to make the machine start faster. Does Windows 2000 have the same sort of FILE where I can see what is attempting to start when windows 2000 starts.

Windows 2000 does not have MSCONFIG.
