I've been using the mscal.ocx component successfully for quite some time now. But I have Office 2000 installed on my machine. However, when I install my applications on a machine with Office XP, the calendar either does not come up right or it doesn't even come up at all (giving a runtime error). When it does come up, the days of the week start from Tuesday and they do not show as the first letter. The application tries to fit the whole word into a space that only fits the first letter of the week day name.
Is there a solution for this, since as time passes it is getting even more difficult to find machines with Office 2000?

Use the DatePicker Control or the MonthView control instead. The MsCal component has always had some problems, particularly when used across different OSes

I think I'll go for the monthview control. Thanks! And a star goes to you.
