MS word, header with LHS and RHS alignment

Can you help me this?
Using MS word 2000, I want to add header and add text on RHS alignment on odd pages and same for add text on LHS alignment on even pages in the same word document file.
For example on page 1 the header on the right alignment "Introduction" and on page 2 the header on the left alignment "Chapter 1".

Hi jskang,

Select File > Page Setup > Layout tab and
Under Headers and Footers, Check Different Odd and Even

You will then have two headers (and footers) which you can edit independently.
